This Privacy Policy describes how CyberRishabh ("we", "our", "us") collects, uses, shares, protects, and otherwise processes your personal data through our website cyberrishabh.com (the "Website"). We do not offer any product/service outside India, and your personal data will primarily be stored and processed in India. By using the Website or providing your information, you consent to this Privacy Policy and agree to be governed by the laws of India, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
We collect personal data when you use the Website, book a session, or interact with us, including but not limited to your name, email address, phone number, the purpose of your enquiry, the contents of your messages, and your booking details. When you make a payment, your card / UPI / bank details are collected and processed directly by our payment gateway; we do NOT store your full payment credentials and may only receive a payment reference / transaction ID to confirm your booking. We may also collect basic technical data your browser sends (e.g., approximate location, device/browser type). We will never ask you for your card PIN, net-banking, or UPI password over email or phone; if anyone claiming to be CyberRishabh asks for such details, do not share them and report it to the appropriate authorities.
We use your personal data to schedule, confirm, and deliver your sessions; verify payment and prevent fraud or double-booking; respond to your enquiries; send booking and session-related communication; and comply with legal and accounting obligations. We do NOT sell your personal data.
We share data only with service providers that help us operate the Website and deliver sessions — our payment gateway, scheduling tool, contact-form provider, video-conferencing provider, and hosting provider — each under its own terms and privacy policy, and with government or law-enforcement agencies where required by law.
We retain your personal data only as long as required for the purpose it was collected or as required under applicable law, after which it is deleted or anonymised. You may request deletion by writing to the Grievance Officer below; we may retain certain data where necessary to prevent fraud or abuse or to meet legal obligations.
Subject to applicable law, you may access, rectify, update, or request deletion of your personal data, and withdraw consent at any time by writing to the Grievance Officer below (mention "Withdrawal of consent for processing personal data" in the subject line). Withdrawal is not retrospective and may limit our ability to provide services.
We adopt reasonable security practices and procedures to protect your data. However, transmission of information over the internet is not completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Please review it periodically; the "Last updated" date reflects the latest version.
