Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for a paid session or service purchased through cyberrishabh.com. Our services are digital and delivered online (1:1 video sessions and related digital materials); no physical goods are sold or shipped, so no physical return is involved.

1. Prepayment

All paid sessions require payment in advance through our authorised payment gateway. Your slot is confirmed only after payment is successfully received and verified.

2. Rescheduling

You may reschedule a booked session up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time at no charge, subject to availability. To reschedule, email teamcyberrishabh@gmail.com or use the link in your booking confirmation.

3. Cancellation by you

• Cancellation requested at least 24 hours before the session: eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellation requested less than 24 hours before the session, or a no-show: not eligible for a refund.

4. Cancellation by us

If we cancel, or are unable to deliver a session for any reason, you will be offered a reschedule or a full refund, at your choice.

5. How refunds are processed

In case of any refund approved by CyberRishabh, it will be processed to your original payment method through our payment gateway within 7 business days of approval. The time for funds to reflect on your bank/UPI side may vary as per their norms.

6. Non-refundable cases

• Sessions already delivered.
• No-shows, or cancellations within the non-refundable window above.
• Dissatisfaction with guidance where the session was delivered as described. Our sessions are advisory and educational, and specific outcomes are not guaranteed.

7. How to request

Email teamcyberrishabh@gmail.com with your name, the session booked, and your payment / transaction ID. We will respond within 3 business days.
